Q) Do you ship internationally?

A) Not at this stage.


Q) Do you have a physical store I can visit?

A) Rideshed is owned and operated by Scootling at 310 Great North Rd, Grey Lynn, Auckland. However, we do not keep the entire Rideshed product range on site. It is, therefore, strongly recommended that all Rideshed orders are placed through this website. 


Q) When will I get my stuff?

A) Rideshed ships from warehouses across the country. Orders are typically processed same day. All items will show availability information on the product page (once you select size/color, if applicable).

 In some cases, one item will ship out before the rest of the order is ready to ship, or an order will be held so that the items can be consolidated into one shipment. 

Target delivery is 1-2 working days - it can be longer for offshore island and rural addresses. We aim to please our customers with fast shipping!


Q) Is Rideshed safe to shop on and enter my credit card information to?

A) Absolutely. We use the latest security and encryption technologies to make sure your information stays private! See our Facebook reviews for genuine customer feedback. According to this policy of safe data handling and building a trustworthy marketplace, we have to reserve the right to hold orders or ask further verification questions to validate orders for which information is unclear or possibly fraudulent. It may not be possible to process or cancel an order if it is under verification. 


Q) What does my Order Status mean?

A) Order status allows customers to see where in the order fulfillment process their order currently stands. Orders can be modified or canceled only while their status is listed as "Order Received." Once an order has been marked as "Order Processed," it cannot be canceled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.


Q) How can I tell if an item is in stock?

A) Stock and availability information will be shown (once you have selected a size / color if applicable) when viewing a product. 


Q) How do I know what size to get?

A) General rule is to go for the size that you usually wear. For additional information, check out our Apparel sizing chart. If the brand you're after is not on there, it may be useful to look up the product brand's web site, or you can ask us.


Q) What if my item doesn't fit?

A) We try to have a very lenient return policy. We understand that every jacket, helmet, etc., may fit a bit differently and it can be difficult to buy items on the Internet and be sure of fitment. See our Return Policy for details.


Q) Can I browse for motorbike or ATV spare parts on your site?

A) Rideshed currently separates the categorisation of spares and accessories. Spare parts are generally only found by using the Parts finder near the top of the main page. You'll need the Make, model and year. This method ensures that you get the benefit of all the hard work to list correct spare parts for your motorcycle or ATV model.
On the other hand, you can see all the clothing, gloves, helmets, goggles and other apparel and accessories by starting from the menus, or the 'collections' on our main page.
